Saint Paul Cozy documentary

Production Company: Kinostadt Films Director & Editor: Dave Bellmont Saint Paul Cozy is a community-sourced art project that wraps 165 lampposts in handmade cozies. The cozies were made by Minnesota residents, and were installed along a 12 block stretch of 4th Street in downtown St. Paul during January and February, 2018.
